The Emmy Awards

The Emmy Awards are presented by The Television Academy, the only major organisation devoted to the television and broadband screen entertainment industry. The Emmy awards, telecast prior to the fall television premiere season, is the flagship event for which the Television Academy is best known. The award is named after the image-orthicon camera tube, which was instrumental in the development of television. "Immy" was feminized as "Emmy" to complement the design chosen for the statuette, which depicted a winged, idealized woman holding an atom. The 69th annual Primetime Emmy Awards took place in Los Angeles on Sunday. This year's awards were dominated by digital television. 'The Handmaid's Tale' and 'Big Little Lies' were the main winners. 'The Handmaid's Tale' won five awards including best drama series, best actress for Elisabeth Moss and best supporting actress for Ann Dowd. 'The Handmaid's Tale's' win for best

Overall, i'm happy with the out come of this video as it shows multiple camera angles and some skills.

Preliminary Task Storyboard

Image
Storyboard : Girl walks into room the camera is facing her back watching her open the door. When she opens the door the camera angle then changes to her the other side of the door and films her walking into the room. The camera then focuses on the girls feet while she's walking to the chair. She then sits in the chair and says "tell me now ! I don't want to play your stupid game. The person in the chair opposite her is facing the wall laughs in response, girl then says "this isn't funny." Preliminary Task Storyboard idea

9 Camera Angles which I think are useful and effective.

Aerial shot - An exterior shot filmed from the air. Arc shot - Where the subject is circled by the camera. Close up - A shot that keeps only the full face in the frame. Medium shot - This shot is the most common in films it shows less then a long shot but more then a close up Long shot -  A shot that depicts an entire character or an object from head to toe. Dolly zoom - A shot that sees the camera track forward towards the subject. Pan - The camera moves constantly right to left or left to right. The Sequence shot - A long shot that covers a scene in one continuous sweep without editing. Top shot - A shot looking directly down on a scene rather then an angle.

The Media & Me

The media has played a massive role in my life, with being introduced to  it at such a young age I think it personally has shaped me to the person I am today. The first experience I had with media was the tv, which helped to broaden my knowledge by bringing my imagination to life. Watching shows such as "Little Einsteins" each episode consisted of a mission and journey of discovery that included a celebrated piece of classical music and a renowned work of art or world culture. As I got older i was introduced to teen magazines these were filled with the latest gossip and fashion trends. Not only were they good for those reasons they were especially good for relatable stories about real girls facing the challenges of growing up, such as bullying, school and typical girl problems. Now i'm at that age of where social media is apart of 98% of all teenagers life's . The problems of social media for both boys and girls are the fake images of people saying this is how
